Types of Lamps Recycled:

Accu-Shred ensures a closed loop system for the destruction and recycling of all lamps to ensure that there is virtually no waste. Lamps containing mercury are separated into individual components including mercury rich phosphor powder, crushed glass and metal

The phosphor powder undergoes an additional process where the mercury is removed and recovered. Glass, mercury and metals are then ready for reuse in materials such as fiberglass, and paints.

Contact Accu-Shred today to learn how easy it is to securely destroy and recycle your obsolete electronic waste, batteries, fluorescent lamps, ballasts and more.
